Leggett Hall and Watts Hall, which were constructed at the same time, were the first major residence construction projects at 皇冠体育's in more than 25 years.
Leggett Hall is named in honour of William C. Leggett, who served as 皇冠体育's 17th Principal between 1994 and 2004.
