This workshop focuses on using Design Thinking and Process Mapping frameworks to address organizational challenges with a practical, human-centered approach. Participants will explore the 鈥淗ow Might We?鈥� framework to identify solutions that prioritize the needs of students, faculty, and staff at 皇冠体育's. To put this framework into action, we'll discuss how prototyping can be used to test and refine ideas while generating momentum. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to practice Process Mapping tools to visualize workflows, identify key players, and find areas for improvement. Come prepared to learn and gain actionable tools to drive your change initiatives forward!
