Sunday Supper Series: Creating a Culture of Consent

The Sunday Supper Series, facilitated by the Division of Student Affairs as part of the Shift Project, aims to encourage open dialogue in a safe space and address the experiences of students, specifically equity deserving students, on »Ê¹ÚÌåÓý’s campus. The topics are informed by the results of the 2021 Student Experiences Survey.
This event's focus is: Creating a Culture of Consent at »Ê¹ÚÌåÓý’s.
The session is open to all current »Ê¹ÚÌåÓý’s students wishing to participate in a safe and welcoming dialogue about consent culture. Dinner will be provided for all registered participants. Registration will be capped at 20.
After an introduction by the Student Inclusion & Engagement Coordinator, Consensual Humans Co-Chairs and Gender Based Violence Awareness and Bystander Intervention Facilitators will lead an open discussion alongside a consent-positive crafting session.
The university's current meeting & event protocols require participants to show proof of vaccination, proof of ID and proof of active screening approval on the seQure app.
