Vanessa is a first-year master’s student working under the supervision of Dr. Rebecca Manley. Her research focuses on the civilian experience of grander Eastern European political historical. She intends on exploring Eastern European social and migration history during the second half of the 20^th century through her thesis and seminar papers.
