OnlineResilience is the capacity to adapt or recover. It helps us choose positively rather than negatively. Resilience allows us to feel it, experience it and move beyond it. Regardless of your life circumstances or your workplace, building your own resilience will allow you to have a better quality of life.
This session is designed for employees and leaders to help focus on developing personal resilience, by recognizing your automatic responses to stress, and by choosing healthier strategies. This session will provide participants with excellent takeaway resources, as well as a participant handbook to follow along with during the workshop and to reflect on in the future.
