Your lived experience is not separate from your work — it’s the foundation of your work. With every step you’ve taken, you’ve shaped a perspective that informs how you lead, how you serve, and how you show up in business.

This 1-hour workshop is an opportunity to reconnect with that clarity and bring it into alignment with the heart of your entrepreneurial vision.

Shine Your Light is a guided exploration of identity, embodied values, and leadership.

Together, we'll move beyond performative brand-building and embody the deeper truths that define our work—building confidence in our story, recognizing the strengths we already carry, and exploring how we want to lead as business owners and entrepreneurs.

Designed for founders, heart-centred leaders, and purpose-driven professionals, this session blends meaningful reflection with actionable strategy.

You’ll leave with structured tools and daily practices that help you integrate your values into how you make decisions, communicate your vision, and build a business that feels both sustainable and soul-aligned.

In honour of World Mental Health Day, this experience is grounded in wellness. Live and recorded music — curated to support emotional regulation and reflection — will accompany us throughout, helping you stay connected to your body, breath, and purpose.

The world needs your voice, your vision, your leadership.

It’s time to Shine Your Light.

NOTE: Live Zoom transcription is available during this event. Should you require other accessibility supports, please email kerry.ramsay@queensu.ca as soon as possible since advance notice is necessary to arrange for some accessibility services.
