During our time together, we will explore these five dysfunctions and discuss as leaders how we might be able to better manage our teams to help overcome some of the challenges we face every day, 鈥渞owing in the same direction.鈥 We will talk about the foundation of the five dysfunctions, and how you may better approach building trust within your team and how the lack of trust may be slowing or hindering your team鈥檚 ability to work together.鈥

SMARTER goal setting and accountability strategies鈥攅ssential tools to start your path to success. Based on this session focused on the art of asking for help using the SMART framework and include an interactive 鈥渞eciprocity ring鈥 through which getting help, advice, and/or support is given more structure and becomes more intentional. It was a beneficial opportunity to connect with and support peers.

FLAG Steering Committee partnered with Third Factor to offer a 2-hour session, where participants connected with their peers and explored insights and tools for developing self-awareness within the constraints of their current work environment. Together, they explored how we each create a personalized work environment that moves us toward high performance and a future that we are excited about.鈥

Following an initial introduction, the event was unstructured. It was a space to reconnect, collaborate, and engage with peers across cohorts.鈥
