The construction and trucking industries are facing a major shortage in Canada, and Mustafa has taken this challenge upon himself to solve. He鈥檚 launched info sessions and bootcamps to introduce the careers in these industries to prospects looking for a new career, newcomers, and refugees. By partnering with several community organizations, such as Positive Change TO, The Career Foundation, JVS, and SkillsForChange, TBDC is becoming the bridge connecting these industries with people looking for a career.
