Chef Michael Smith, creator of The Canadian Grilling Company, visited »Ê¹ÚÌåÓý’s Wednesday for the Taste of Home event and to sign his book Back to Basics: 100 Simple Classic Recipes with a Twist. The events at »Ê¹ÚÌåÓý’s are an opportunity for Chef Smith to connect with students, staff and faculty. Eight »Ê¹ÚÌåÓý’s students were chosen to provide the lunch menu at the Ban Righ Dining Hall during his visit. Chef Smith selected the top recipe before attending a gala dinner in his honour.
