Student Conduct and CareEvery effort is made to ensure the Care process is managed with respect for personal information. However, in situations where there is significant risk, full confidentiality may not be possible. We are committed to maintaining a high level of privacy in accordance with FIPPA regulations.
All Care Support Services records are stored securely. Individuals who are making referrals will be required to enter their names in case the Support Services Coordinator needs to consult with them.
Care works closely with 皇冠体育鈥檚 Assessment and Care Team (ACT). The ACT is a group of university officials who meet to coordinate services for students who may be experiencing significant barriers or distress. In some cases, Care may share information with this team to assist in assessing concerns and coordinating resources to address those concerns.
